Eric Garner murderer not indicted by Grand Jury

If you thought the Ferguson and related protests were bad, you ain’t seen nothing yet.

Nah-nah-nah-nah. Nah-nah-nah-nah. Hey hey hey….good-bye.

That was our country going good bye.

A grand jury in NYC has declined to indict the police officer responsible for the death of Eric Garner. This is a much higher profile case than the case of Michael Brown. The case with Garner, in case you haven’t seen it, was on video, and the guy was pulled down to the ground by several police officers and shortly after that, you can clearly hear Mr. Garner saying he can’t breathe. Yet they continue and the man dies.

To me, this was a clear cut case of police over stepping the use of physical force to bring this guy down to the ground. As the video shows, he was not threatening the officers in any way. He was asking them to leave them alone after he broke up a fight. They were accusing him of selling cigarettes without charge the required tax for them. Illegal in New York. The story goes that they have “bothered” him before this incident. It’s apparent that Mr. Garner knew the officer who was talking to him as you can hear him say.

Please take the time to watch the attached clip.

I’m so tired of the police state in this country. I’m tired of the media pushing the race war. I’m tired of the Obama administration pushing the race war. Obama claims he is trying to help…trying to calm things, but he pushes race every chance he gets. He didn’t get what he wanted with Treyvon Martin. He didn’t get what he wanted with Michael Brown. Perhaps he’ll get it with this case.

Remember back with the Martin case, the Obama Dept of Justice sent organized protesters to Sanford, Florida. From Judicial Watch: “A little known unit of the Department of Justice, the Community Relations Service, was deployed to Sanford, FL., following the Trayvon Martin shooting to help organize and manage protests against George Zimmerman.” From July 10, 2013. Why are we, the taxpayers, paying for the government to send people to help organize and manage protests? Remember how even though Zimmerman was not a “white” guy, several media outlets attempted to portray him as such.

In my opinion, the correct decision was made with account to the charges against Zimmerman. Even though I think Zimmerman is a complete POS…as proven by his behavior following his acquittal.

I also agree with the decision not to indict Darren Wilson in the Michael Brown case.

I totally disagree with the decision not to indict the officer involved in the Eric Garner case.

You may ask me how I can flip-flop? The answer is this; Zimmerman and Wilson were totally within the law of self defense. With Garner, these police officers were not threatened, we’re not fearing for their lives, we’re not having a gun pointed at them (yes, I know the other cases there wasn’t a gun pointed either, I’m just saying), and Garner was clearly stating that he couldn’t breathe. Let up man!

I also disagree with the police not being convicted in the Kelly Thomas murder. If you don’t know about this story, I’ll fill you in. This is the story of a homeless man, Kelly Thomas in Fullerton, California who was beaten, tazed and killed by two police officers. This was from July 5, 2011 in a transit parking lot, and the incident was caught on surveillance cameras. The video shows Thomas being beaten, clubbed and stunned. Both officers, Manuel Ramos, and Jay Cininelli were both found not guilty.

Here is that video, WARNING, it’s pretty intense….

This stuff needs to stop.

The problem is, it’s part of their plan to separate us. To get us angry at the police, the ones who are supposed to “serve and protect”. To make the police afraid of us. To give the police a shoot first mentality, which is how they are trained. To get us to fight amongst ourselves and not to fight against true evil, which is not our fellow American, or fellow earthlings for that matter. Our enemy is the global elite, the New World Order, the world bankers who make money every time shit goes down.

I haven’t even addressed the murder by police of James Boyd, who was killed by Albuquerque police for illegally camping back in March of 2014. I’ll get into that in the next story. Look it up on YouTube if you would like to know more now.

Maybe society needs to become more respectful of authoprity ,in general. Not saying there aren;t some ‘bad’ cops out there, but with a society increasingly throwing morals and values to the side of the road and disrespect for our fellow man becoming the new ‘norm’….. well, God Bless and Protect those who have sworn to Protect and Serve . I’m shocked so many indioviduals on the face of this planet feel free to behave disrespectfully towards a police officer.. When you’re disrespectful to a police officer, well, that’s just taunting the system. Maybe it’d be better if you just go to Vegas and ‘roll the dice’ there instead.
