Dumass Obama today made another move into banning ammo…for the most popular weapon owned by gun owners…the AR-15. A majority of AR-15’s use .223 Remington or 5.56 NATO. Very similar rounds. And since the rat bastard can’t ban the guns, the next obvious solution for him is to ban the ammo. After all, a gun with no ammo is just an expensive club…
So the basics behind this is as follows…the BATFE is trying to declare this ammo as “armor piercing”. It was off of this exemption list since the late 70’s. So now they want to put it back on the banned list with other armor piercing ammo. I posted a video just the other day of this action about to take place. Remember…the President doesn’t make the rules….BATFE doesn’t make the rules….Congress makes the rules. Obama has no authority to make this rule, neither does BATFE.
When the hell is someone going to stop these bastards?
I’m so tired of this dictator in chief thinking he can do whatever he wants! I’m even more tired of having no one doing anything to stop him. Why is it that everything he does goes to court? He shouldn’t even have to get that far? Why does everything have to be a legal battle? If you make a rule and it has to go to court, well then you shouldn’t have made the rule in the first place.
Here’s the thing. This is not the end. If this goes through, then they will pick another type of round…say a .308. And then the 30-06. And then .44. Etc etc etc. This follows other actions he’s made, like eliminating the lead smelters that make the ammo. Eliminating the military from selling their old cartridges. Banning Russia from importing ammo. Bing, bang boom. And it goes on and on.
And so now of course, because of this, prices are skyrocketing. You can usually find deals for around $.30 a round, but now…and I haven’t looked a lot, but at first glance it’s around $.50/round now. A 60% increase. But it now before it’s gone, or before it goes up more.
How to comment on BATF’s proposal
There are three ways the public can offer input on BATF’s proposal to ban certain armor piercing ammunition that’s now legal to sell:
