I have been using Oxy-Powder since January of this year, and I highly recommend it.  The first time I used it, I was shocked as to how well it worked for me.  I used for an entire 6 days and by the end of those days, I felt absolutely great.  I did another week in February again with great results.  From that point, I have used it periodically on days when I knew I didn’t eat that great, and just wanted to a good cleanse.

I also used Oxy-Powder in conjunction with the LiverShield (I believe the same product from Dr.Group site called LIVATREX) product from Infowars.com for an entire 6 day Liver Cleanse with amazing results.  If you have not done this cleanse, again I highly recommend it.  Follow Dr. Group’s diet exactly as it says and you will see and feel amazing results.  I lost about 12 pounds that week and have kept it off ever since.  It’s either, the easiest/hardest this or the hardest/easiest thing you’ll ever do, but its well worth it.

If you’ve tried other “colon cleaners” in the past with poor results, give this one a try and see the difference.

It’s very easy to use.  Simply take 4 pills the first night before going to bed…and they are easy to take.  If you do not have at least 3-5 bowel movements the next day, then take 5 pills the next night.  Keep doing this until you reach the 3-5 number.  For me, my target was 6 pills.  I will warn you, plan for extra time to get ready in the morning as you will be going at least a couple of times within the first few minutes of being awake, and then perhaps a third time within 30 minutes.  You will feel the urge to go, but its not like a diarrhea feeling where you cant hold it.

There’s  no cramping that comes with it.  No pain.  I would also suggest getting some flushable wet wipes to use, as you may start to feel a little raw from the wiping.
